Are there designated times when one could seek the assitance of a trainer?

There is no set schedule for Trainers to be in the TA. IF you really want to schedule a specific time {if one is available at that time} the best way is to email us all thru Trainers@hitechcreations.com and usually if a Trainer fits your schedule, he will reply.

I'm ussually in the TA at some point in the afternoon. Can be anywhere from 1 - 5.

Again evenings I ussually stop in for an hour or more around 10 0r 11. All times US Central.

I'm usually in the TA on Tues and Thus nights at a bit after 10 pm eastern. Look for me there tonight if you can make it.

I have been working mids for the past few weeks but I'm also available in the afternoons, around 5-7 pm CT, daily.
