This doesn't get a beta number because I've observed it in most(all?) versions.
Currently in AH1.114, we can hit F3 in the hangar to check out the outside of the plane. Currently in AH2 the F3 view is centered on the viewpoint in the corner of the hangar. It would be great if the center point for the external view was moved to the aircraft.
This applies to airfield, vehicle field and carrier hangars.
