Title: Feature request: Enter enter enter to log in

Currently in AH1.114 if we hit enter, enter, enter from the main screen AH will log in using the saved password and enter the main arena. Hit enter twice for the arena list. I would really like to see this in AH2. In Beta 24 the enter key does nothing on the main menu.
