Title: Beta 24 Enabled only in hangar nonfunctional

AH 1.9924

The "Enabled Only" option in the hangar list right click menu does not change anything. I tried this on a CV and all the land planes remained on the list. I tried this on a non-163 base and the 163 remained on the list. I tried this on a port and all the aircraft remained on the list.
