Thanks man.  Toad is actually picking me up a smoker that he recommended. Not sure of the make and model, but I will report results once I try my first batch of ribs on it.

MMMMMmmmmm  Ribs.

May do some on the BBQ this weekend...I need to get Stringer a new rub recipe at the request of his wife so all of this rib stuff is making me very hungry.

I'll let you know.  Toad is in Washington right now and is pretty busy but when he gets back I'll find out.
