talked to skuzzy FYI pyro making a new patch for 25 sould be up in a hour or so. Sooo before ya do anything rash was told this from the skuzzmiester: D/L beta 25 wait for pyro to slap in new patch <24 was missing a file> D/L patch then do your thing

It's up now.  It should only affect people who downloaded the full version of 24 and not the people who have been updating.  If you get a message during installation about htdlg.res being invalid, you'll need to download the newer patch.
