Title: Beta 25: Fw190A5 flight model weirdness?

I haven't tested this "thoroughly", its just something I noticed today while flying online.

It almost behaves like the F4U-1C of Beta 23/24.  At certain speeds (maybe under 200 knots?  I forget), you can hear the RPMs decrease and full power output is not achieved.  Also, WEP cannot be engaged in this situation.
