Hey thats pretty innovative.  Imagine a few years down the road, very powerful, yet small, onboard computers can run a complex algorithm that changes the shape of the wing on a very small and precise scale... mimicking a bird's tail and wing feathers.  Remote controlled (or AI?) mechanical "hawks" that can behave like real birds - talk about concealed recon :)

Throw in some more AI even further... can you say blade runner? :)  That little owl rocked

Yeah yeah wake me up when they start putting up airplanes that transform into big  arse  armed robots that walk and fly and shoot plasma beams and  stuff you know like Macross. :D
