This is weird but it seems to work:
While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.
Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand.
Your foot will change direction.

Thought so, It's raining in biblical proportion here today and I had some outside welding to do. That puts me in the same catergory as a prositute during the lent season. guess i'll go make make some more terrorists then.

interesting...only works for me if i go bottom bit first

I think the 'six' is a red herring. It's basically getting your foot to move clockwise whilst tracing circles anti-clockwise with your finger.
