Title: Sister Squadron

What would be the best procedure to form a sister squadon?
We have a squadron that is up and growing, now we need to form a sister.  
  I will promote a pilot to commander and either disband and have him change the name of the orignal squadron or is there other options are out there.

Not 100% sure but I think if you drop out of the squadron it will "disband". I could be wrong but again I am not sure.
