Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't all squad logos included in the HTC directory when you download?  They need to be there so when you fly the get plastered on your plane, so I would think you could look there.

Oh .... hadn't thought of that. But I believe those would only be the small logos for nose art.

I'm looking for the real full sized logos.
