I'd be willing to bet that the covered holes are the gunports, but that there are no actual Browning .303's inside the wing. You know, being that possessing a fully militarized aircraft is highly illegal and all. Yes, even among the well armed public of the US. I know historical aircraft used for display purposes can have the original guns, but they have to be plugged. :(

They have .303s fitted but plugged.
However, this is a Sea Hurricane, would you be scared if it deployed it's hook, flew over you low and tore your head off? :)
