Heyas
Well I graduated and have a job +)
Anyways, I need to build an Exchange 5.5 server, and I know ABSOLUTELY nothing about Exchange, can any of you recommend a good book for the inexperienced?
Also, need a book for SQL Server 2000, all I learned in college was queries...

That's what ya get for lying at your interview. :)
-
Exchange Pocket Administrator by Microsoft and RTFM. Also search technet for Deploying Exchange 5.5 if it still exists.
-
Lots of stuff on Microsoft's website.
-
I've worked with Exchange 5.5 quite a bit. If ya have any specific questions ask here or email me.

http://www.myitforums.com is a good site
for books the best idea is head to the book store to look around, so many of the books are written in different styles, that its touch to recomend any one good book.

Since we are on the subject of Exchange, anyone know how to write a query filter to add an LDAP address list to Exchange? I need to share GALs between two Exchange sites and would rather not add LDAP to 75 Outlook clients.
-
exchange is easy, all you need is basic understanding of SMTP
how many users will you have on your exchange ?
-
In the beginning Exchange is just going to be used to share calendars, no more than 10 users, eventually once our email contract runs out we will be going to approximately 70 users using email, Blackberries etc.
Wandered through Chapters Book Store yesterday... NOT one Exchange book +(
