Title: Trouble again!

Was running beta 25 fine, solid, great fps, no problems.

Did the autoupdate to 26 ok, rebooted, flew in 26, all ok. Made NO changes ingame except to convergience.

Quit game, went to go back in a hour later. Init failure.

Renamed AH exe to aceshigh2.exe

same

Nuked settings folder

Same init failure.
"Initalization failed witih -3
mainGR3D_Failed-4"

Should I not be doing the autoupdate?
Mannually patching it?

What next HT?

Been manually patching,no problems so far.

Never autoupdated always downloaded patch and then updated.

Reinstalled from scratch, back up flying again.

Will try manually patching next time, see if it changes something.

auto update killed it for me too had to do full install of 26.  renamed aceshigh folder bingo werked like it luved me
