Title: Animation Programs

Just a stupid question, but after seeing the wicked bad little animation on Furball's posts i wondered if any body knew of somewhere i could download a really basic animation program, along the lines of paint brush with point and click drawing.
just something for doing little stick men animations etc.
would be gratefull if anyone could point me towards anything

i didn't make mine, although it did take me AGES to convert it from a flash file to tiny gif.
