plz help ctd as soon as i hit the runway button unistalled game and reinstalled 2 times everything on cpu seems to run ok
-
in all planes ?
-
Tatertot, did you by any chance change your nose art at all?
Sounds like the game is looking for your art and not finding it.
Go to settings and upload nose art and try that.
Cheers,

Probably caused by some bitmap in the squads folder that is not right. Check there and get rid of any bitmaps in that folder. That will probably fix it.
-
probably not for the same reason, but often, maybe 70% of the time, when i select a vehicle or aircraft with a troop loadout then launch i get a ctd.
when i come back and try again it allows me to play however
-
ok i think removing bmp new nose art worked 2 more questions 1)sometimes my whole cpu reboot while playing game and only when playing ah all the way back to start up any ideas on that 2) how do i load my nose art if its supposed to be a bmp thanks again guys

if your problem is in one single plane it can be a corrupted sound.
in your case it's perhaps the drop.wav file , backup this file and try to copy another over.

I believe your nose art has to be 64 X 64, and 256 colors (although I am not 100% sure anymore).
Once it is approved go to the clipboard (in game), click on the club tab and then click on the upload nose art tab.
Better double check the nose art requirements though. My memory aint that good sometimes.

Tatertot, if you cpu is shutting down on you with AH you may want to look into heat issues.
AH works it pretty hard now.
Check for dust in your cpu cooler first.
