Anyone else see this? Seems like for the first 15 minutes or so pitch is REALLY sensitive. If I wiggle the stick around for a bit it goes back to normal?

What is your calibration set to? (Manual, or Automatic). If you use Automatic Calibration, you need to move your axises from end to end to set the calibration. In Manual Calibration, you will not need to do this.
If you use Auto Calibration, you need to remember to do your pre-flight control surface movement check :) Once you do this, you should have no problems.

Cougar settings are saved in two files;
All the fancy stick button programming (wither it's simple macro programming or that wierd logical stuff) is saved in your tmj file: while all the hard ware programming (axis response and damping etc) is saved in a profile file accessed via the cougar control panel (and not Foxy).
The easirst way to find it is to start Foxy, then look under the "cougar" menu...then check wiether the profile is set to manual or automatic calibration.
For what it's worth, I always calibrate in AH before taking off for the first flight in an AH "session", it seems to make for a better response.

Thanks Seeker,
It has been some time since I installed all the cougar stuff, and I just run it as a DX device in AH anyway.
All the books for it are in storage.
