how do you use the skins in the game?  i know its in the hangar on the clipboard, but there are none there.  i downloaded some from a link on the boards, put them in AH2 skins folder.  they not showing up though in the game.  :(

I am by no means a specialist (been away and just fired AH II yesterday)

But I think that right now, only skins approved by HTC are available in game. I think only the Pee51 and the 109-g10 has them enabled.

But I could be wrong!

put the .bmp's in a folder by the AH name of the plane, ie "109G10" + the number of the skin.
So the first skin's .bmp set you add to your skins directory will go in "109G101", and so on.
Look in your sounds folder or at other refs (like the head position files (.hps) in the settings folder) for the exact name of the plane.
