Has gas reached $3/gal in California yet?  Hope you're enjoying your tax refund. :)  I'm sure you remember the discussion concerning the wisdom of tax decreases in the face of massive federal spending.

Thats pretty close to the price we are paying here.  After all the conversions and stuff..
