Thanks for the compliments Mason! (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
Too bad mason's cockpit isn't showing, he is flying around 6-8k there. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Great pics mason, I'm glad the plea for the Brewster is visible too. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
I've been working on a Finnish scenario map for a while now, as some of you might now. The work is nowhere near finished but I'll let you know once the first beta release version is available.
I used this map just to test the clouds. So if you get a hold of the terrain through the bush-radio, don't be frightened of the unfinished look. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
There are 3 different cloud layers in this terrain, as well as some lonely clouds here and there. For example some high ones at 32k. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Some of the cloud layers are real framerate hogs, but this setup can be considered a worst case scenario since I pretty much stuffed everything imaginable there. I wish HTC would shed some light into this so we could have nice looking fps-friendly overcast layers. Pretty please?
