Title: 76 meg download?

Question for you beta luvers: I see that the down load is 76 meg for the full ah2; is there a disk available to those who are on dial up? I can wait a few minutes with my 3 meg cable connection, but on a dial up? egads!

What you do when you go to bed is start downloading and let it run through the night.

Had to do that recently with WBIII at 176 megs. What a waste of sleep time that was..

Only took 5 seconds to dump it tho.. :D

176 meg on a dial up? egads that is rough. I well remember the going to sleep while downloading thing, but what a pain, especially if your isp disco's you for inactivity. My cable con is great in comparison, but not all of my wingies have broad band. I am sure a few dollars would be well worth it for a disc to pop into the cd rom.

I am on my second ah2 download of the night, the 1st i patched without reading the patch, couldn't connect. I will try unpatched.

I think they already do this for the AH1 download, so my guess is they will for AH2.....the first production version that is!

Or you could do what our squad does.
Get someone with broadband who has already dLed it have em burn it on CD and snailmail it to those that only have dialup and/or have been having problems DLing
