Plan on spending a ton too. Hotel bars (read: folks held captive) are usually long on prices and short on pours. You might want to think about buying a few bottles at the store and packing a flask.

LOL, from the hotel bar i remember he poured thick and kept them coming. Even serving a couple i remember that were under the ummm limit. I will be bringing a special bottle this time Slap and of course you got first dibs. There are strip bars in Texas right?

I expect Hellfire brew to make an appearance. If you cant do it, let me know and I will try to whip up something similar to Hellfire....even though I am not a member of the Hellfire crew. Regardless, I will probably bring some homebrew of my own. I have a real nice English Bitter right now and I should have at least 2 more batches done and ready for the con. If I get real industrious I may even invest in that kegging system I have been wanting and brew up a couple of large batches to bring.

I Keg now, becuse I really hate washing, sanitizing,filling, caping, and lableing 60-70 bottles.......

Also I forgot about the Braggot I gotta get it started this week becuse it has to age 4 months, but runs 26.5% ALC by VOL <53 proof> and tasets like a sweet nut brown ale.

Definetly get the Kegs, they run about 25-40 each and Ill have a gas cyl there,
