For the last two days i have been unable to play AH. i think just on the OZkanzas terrain although im not sure as no new maps have been up yet.
This is what happens:
AH loads up fine.
I can play offline or in the DA, TA and CT.
But when i load up the MA, i can chat to people fine and check the roster and even choose my plane etc, but when i press the runway button to leave the hanger it is like someone presses 'alt F4' and i am booted right back to my desktop.
I have tried many different planes and tanks and i even tried joining someone elses plane. No joy.
The guys in the MA were very helpfull and i tried all of their suggestions but still no joy.
Finally, at the suggestion of a player in MA, i downloaded AH again and went to reinstall. But when i went to delete my current HTC folder it tells me i cant as it may be write protected or in use.
So i cant even load AH again.
Im starting to get withdrawral symptoms, shakes and fits....
I MUST SHOOT DOWN AN LA-7 BEFORE I GO MAD!
please help me...... *whimper*

ctd bug, probbly something to do with the map, when he went to get rid of aces high it was still "running" under tasks.
either that or he accidently put read only on the folder thus causing the ctds as files ah need to update if you change loadout etc. couldent be updated.

i have no idea but vorticon sounds educated.
all i did was reboot my PC and then it enabled me to delete my HTC folder.
then i simply reinstalled.
