But if you attempt to change the gamma in game, the screen resolution is forced to one of the default settings (1600x or whichever)  
I run AH/AH2 at 1152x864 and would really like it to stay at that. Is there anyway to keep it as such or not have it force change within the game?

or give us a bigger choice of screen resolutions.

1152X864 and 1280x960 would be a nice addition
