Title: Luftwaffe "Kills"

A question(slightly off topic :)),

When nearly the half of the Soviet Air Force was destroyed during the opening stages of Operation Barbarossa how many "kills" were counted for the amount of Russian aircraft destroyed on the ground or taking off??

The Germans never counted Aircraft destroyed on the ground as kills. AFIK only the USAAF did that and all such scores were corrected after the war.
