Title: Ditching........

I seem to keep sliding for ever when ditching................ and then whilst sliding along at speeds slower than walking pace the AC goes boom when it bumps into a tree.

Apart from this aspect of the "ditching model", ditching is quite fun.........you have to look for gaps and stretches of reasonably open ground that you could plonk the plane in.

When you say "Ditching" do mean mean belly landings or gear down landings? I belly landed an A5 3 or 4 times in the middle of no where and had exact same problem. So then i went an tried to confirm this with a few more test, I noticed if you do it near a base it stops. The problem was to random though so i did not post the problem. If ya hit a small, i mean even the slightest incline it will come to a complete stop. This made it difficult to repeat as i couldnt find any where completely flat when i wanted to try an replicate the bug.:eek:
