Cannot get external view while offline in a gv.

Go to the clipboard and click Setup>Arena Setup>Environment Setup>Arena Settings. Scroll down to where it says "View Mode Flags" and double click on it. Select all the things you want an external view in. Click OK and then click Save. This sets it so you get the external views by default when you start offline.
