Title: Kittens names
Post by: mosgood on May 28, 2004, 09:16:43 AM
A few weeks ago the O'Club help me think of a few names for mynew cats.  Just a heads up..

I owe a beer to whoever thought up Boris and Natasha.

These cats have already been through a lot.  Mites. conguntivits and now they are being treated for ringworm but will get through this and be happy kittys

Boris, jr. and Natasha jr.?

Boris II and Natasha II?

Boris Mk. II and Natasha Mk. II?

Boris Type I, Mk. II and Natasha Type I, Mk. II?

Boris Type I, Mod. I, Mk. II and Natasha Type I, Mod. I, Mk. II?

All I can think of right now.

Failing under the kids pressure, we finally 'decided' to have a cat...

Last WE, we went to visit a friend of my wife who had kittens to give away. Our oldest one (soon to be 6 yrs old) made her choice and quickly baptised him 'Nemo'(!)...

But now she has to wait 3 weeks for the cat to be ready to leave his mother... I'm afraid that those weeks will be the longest of her life so far.

Then I'll have the 'cat ack' to add to my arsenal of excuses for poor flying ;)

Back in February I rescued 3 abandoned newborn kittens that were found in a horse trailer. 2 of them died within days but 1 survived. Smokey is now "Lord of his domain" but I'm not sure he knows he is a cat. But, to his credit, he has successfully killed every sock that he has seen. :)

Oddly enough I have a friend who has 2 cats named Boris and Natasha...  Those are pretty good names but some better ones are:

Alpo
Biscuit
Kibble

The possibilites are endless.

Too bad I didn't see your earlier thread.  Actually you can always change a cat's name.  It's not like the cat would notice.

I'm partial to Dogfood.

"Here Dogfood, here kitty"

"Meow!"

"Chow down boy!"

Hate cats.

My cat, JINX, also insists on sitting by the keyboard and helping me fly. She points out all the airplanes and right when I get in an intense dogfight she decides it's time to move to the other side of the keyboard for a better view. (Typical Female!).

I am thinking of getting her her own computer and teaching her to be a gunner for me when flying bombers.  :D

Lol, they are a riot aren't they!  I used to have a cat that beat the tar out of my dirty socks, and ONLY my dirty socks... guess I must have had demons living in the from a day in the heat!  :D

I think they pick their own names and just occasionally decide to notice if we refer to them at all.

p.s. You gonna be around on 6/5? Might be flying into North Town that day.
