Title: Ship gun crosshair disappears

I noticed that ship gun crosshair disappears whenever I turn guns towards land/enemy base. I used the cursor as a sight instead.

If you are in land  or sea mode the screen now does not follow the cross hair. F8 will let you pan, this lets you make corrections for shore bombardment with out having to reajust your view all the time.
