Title: Mannable ack won't pivot

Southern-most ack emplacement won't pivot right/left at A41 on Baltic map.  I seem to recall that a similar problem happened in the southern-most ack emplacement at another airfield but I can't recall which one.

Its the airfield with the 3 player-controlled ack emplacements.  The ones to the east and west seem to work fine, but the one to the south only raises/lowers.

I'm using CH Products USB hotas on a P4 1.2 Ghz.

I had the same problem, I also use CH USB set-up. The gun will traverse laterally for a few degrees then stop, and will not move in any direction of that.
