I was looking to try my hand at skinning but as usual I'm a little lost, are there any tutorials out there on the basic steps? How to apply the skin to check your progress, etc. what file format and convention do I need. You know, the usual stupid newbie stuff. Or if this has been covered in a thread here a simple URL will work. I'm stuck at work and can't go back and check the history. :)

nevermind I'm a dip and found all the info I needed in about 5 minutes at home. :)
