I need some help with departure call to MULTICOM from none-tower runway. Please fill in blank all possible answers. Thanks
(airport name) traffic, Cessna 1111F, departing (runway #), ___________________________ (airport name) traffic.

Everything you need to know (http://www.faa.gov/avr/afs/news/Reprints/Nontrwd.pdf)
In your blank spot, you could advise the other traffic of your intentions. "OakTree Traffic, Cessna 111F, Departing Runway 18, remaining in the pattern, OakTree Traffic"
"OakTree Traffic, Cessna 111F, Departing Runway 18, will be departing the pattern to the west, OakTree Traffic"
"OakTree Traffic, Cessna 111F, Departing Runway 18, any traffic in the area please advise, OakTree Traffic"
I usually throw in one of those type lines when operating from a busy Unicom or Multicom airport. Others can better plan their arrivals and departures when they know your intentions.

Thanks.
