Warbird Adventures will be in Quonset, RI, roughly August-September.  They fly T-6 Texans.  You do all the flying (except TO and landing  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)). There's also an aerobatic option, which is a blast.  I flew with them in December, and it ranks up there with some of the best experiences of my life!  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Highly recommend the acrobatic package!  Watch what you eat beforehand though...apparently it doesn't agree with some people.  :)
