Okay, Im still under the distinct impression that prop drag is not yet a part of the FMs.
Im thinking that if we do not in fact have prop drag, a helluva lot of people are going to have to relearn some basic principles regrading the maneovers we use here in AcesHigh once they are included.
I hope propdrag is next on the list because if we actually do have it, then it aint making no drag!

My understanding is that HT is having problems finding exact data on prop drag for the planes. If anyone has anything I am sure they would appreciate it (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Hope HT finds the correct data for prop drag for all aircraft.. but if not ....
Just model the drag of a bloody great circular flat plate half the size of the propellor(s) for each aircraft.
Then, when the engine management coding is done, and prop pitch is fully modelled, let the range of selectable prop pitch move all the way from feathered to fully fine pitch.
Oh, and when your engine gets shot out, make sure that the propeller only stops turning if you have it fully feathered. Forget to feather and the prop keeps windmilling and creating all the drag from the flat circular plate.
That way, at least every aircraft should be equally affected by prop drag.
