Title: La-7 Baltik front 1944/1045
Post by: airmess on June 07, 2004, 04:36:28 AM
This is a first screenshot of this skin. It's about a La-7 used on the Baltic front in Winter 1944/1945. There is a b/w picture of it in the book "soviet airforce colors 1941 - 1945"

Please give me your comments on what eventually should be added or rewored. I've took all of Tilts coments in consideration on this skin (thanks Tilt).

cheers airmess

very nice..........

The three cannon version had three equi-lengthed  cannon panel bulges (one for each cannon) in line with the muzzle orifices.

You may have also copied an AH rendering error on the under side of the fuselage. If you look at the book you just bought you will se that the La7 had total coverage of the wheels when the gear was up as opposed to half coverage as per the la5FN

Check the Blue/green interface detail under the horizontal stab

To me, the colour looks a shade or two off the reference picture.  Nice skin though.
