Many people ask about advices for graphics cards and since the manufacturers don't always use clear labelling, I post this link to a hardware test of many cards.

Note, the tests are not transferable to AH2, but they give you a good general advice. :)

I dunno, I have seen wonderful reviews of AMD processors and ATI graphics cards on Tom's Hardware. I would say he is as "unbiased" as any other reviewer out there.

Seems the ATI cards won out in both cost and performance in that review...

yes...in this one... supprised me too
i always rememberd some other tests hes done
like when ATI won 70% of the tests, but he STILL said Nvidia was the better choice.
or When AMD and there A64 wins like 90% of the tests he goes on to say there memory bandwidth is poor so buy a P4?!?! wtf? lol
of late, tom has improved...but im still mindful of the 2-4 years of bull**** that came out from his site

Strange that you say this because I did notice that tom's hardware was a little more favorable to AMDs recently. Historically they have consistently recommended Intel, even when most other sites showed completely different benchmarks in favor of AMD.
