Title: How do bombs affect fighter score?

If I take off heavy in a fighter using the "fighter" instead of "attack" option does it negatively affect my score if I dump the eggs in order to engage a fighter?  How does it affect my score?  Not really fixated on the whole score concept, but curious.

Your "Hit Percentage" is affected, and drops alittle, this may affect overall score is you do it consistently.  You don't lose any points in the Attack points column, but you don't gain any either.  It does affect your score just a hair, but so minutely that you'd never notice it unless you dropped every sortie.
