Title: Clipboard Options not working

When I am in the tower, I am able to right click and bring up the options, but when I am in a vehicle or an aircraft, right clicking produces nothing.

AMD 1.4 GHz w/ Windows XP Home edition
ATI 7200 Series Radeon
640 Megs DDR RAM
SB X-Gamer

Do you have any part of your mouse configured for JS functions ?

When I configured my mouse wheel for rpm I lost all other mouse functionality when in a vehicle or plane.

Nope.  Everything is at it's default setting with the exception of my joystick commands which are just for brakes and viewing up.
