Nice pics.
I'm finally gunna get a small digital cam. I was looking at the Sureshot 70 (or is it 75?) because you can change the lenses. Anybody have any experience with that model? the reviews are good, price is right, any comments?

Airumba:
You talkin about the Powershot cameras? Or maybe the A70, A75, or A80? Anyway, the S60 is the updated version of my camera (the S45). It's a 5MP camera, and I really love my 4MP S45. Any Canon digital camera costing more than $200 bucks should satisfy you; just depends on how ya plan to use it.
Several people in here with more money than I have are going with high-end SLR digital cameras, like the Nikon D100, D70, Canon Digital Rebels, etc. If you've got the money, that's the way to go. But the medium-priced cameras are pretty good, too. My S45 acts just like a full-service 35mm SLR camera in many respects: full auto or full manual modes.

BTW, I shot these in natural sunlight, in macro mode. about f2.8 and about 1/200 sec. The blue one is my fav pic of these.

Slim, is your quote from the Saberhagen books?

No, it's from the Wheel Of Time series by Robert Jordan.

Yah sorry Slimm, Powershot A70. I just looked at more reviews , seems like i'll buy that one. They say that the 16meg card that comes with it is quite small, so i guess i better add the price of a larger card in the cost of the camera.

Yeah, that's a good thing to do...get as big a card as you can afford. I just bought a 256 meg CF card at Wallyworld for $42.00 last weekend: well worth it.
