Title: Unable to open File

Greetings Skuzzy;

Attempted to d/l & open "AH19940T19941.exe" w/o any success.
Each time I click on the file after d/l I get the following ERROR Msg

                 C:\Program~1\HTC\AcesHigh~1\aceshigh.exe
                 could not be opened.

This file loads 94% stdshapes.res, then freezes & quotes above msg.   I tried to open the file on 4 seperate occasions w/o success

Downloaded a new DirectX 9.0b thrice.  Prior downloads were not
problematic!  Am attempting to d/l all of AcesHigh2 in preparation to my purchase of an ATI Display Video Card w/Hardware T & L.

Pls advise best way to solve this dilemma.  Thx.

Corrupt installation perhaps, or a read error on the hard drive maybe.

I would try renaming the current Aces High II folder to another name and then do a fresh install of it from a fresh download.
