Hey arlo think you could clean this up a bit?  I can't seem to get it where I want it... Just want to leave it in color though...

Using the retouch tool you can soften (or darken or smudge or alot of things) in fine detail.

You can change the size of the tool to fit your needs (ahem).

You can adjust the hardness (heh), opacity, step and density.

Zooming in helps alot too.

BTW .. there are limitations. Couldn't really do alot with the first banner. It was quite a bit pixalated when blown up. That's why I needed the larger screen shot to cut and paste in.
