Title: DownLoad for AH2 not working??

I have downloaded the softwear like 3 times. I am using a Gfource 4 vidio card. everything works offline but not when i go to get online my compuiter locks up. i have a fire wall but i have allowed full access and have even truned it off. the computer still lockes up. I am still not sure if it is my vidio card or what. Please help

The firewall appears to still be the problem.  Turn it completely off to verify this.
