Um just wondering can I get a refund for my month. Not that I care I just payed it yesturday but I would rather save that month. I am not going to be playing till I get a new computer anyway.

Jet you knew your computer wasn't up to the task of AH2, or so you said...and you stayed in AH1 right up till the end. Refund? For what? What prevented you from calling HTC last month and cancelling your account? Aint no ones fault but your own.

Jet,
if you know your new pc will not be here by the time this month's up and you are getting closer to being billed again, call Yankee at HTC, she/they might be able to do something for you if you are definitely planning to return to AH2 when your new pc arrives. but if you cancel you lose your handle, any perks, etc....and you will be starting all over. All your stats and stuff you had in AH1 is now switched over to AH2 so you did not lose them.

Isn't that in the subsription agreement that we can't get refunds for a subscribed month? Geez it's been a real long time since I ever saw something like that, but I do recall about it...

yep once paid no refunds and no pro-rating a refund, is there in black and white. wish my memory was good as your's I had to go look it up LOL (j/k)

No I meant I dont wanna play for the months that it takes me to get to ah2. Like the 2 summer months but I dont wanna delete my account. That is what i meant

Jet give HTC a call and ask for Yankee. She's the account manager and happens to be one of the finer people on the planet. If you explain your circumstances, perhaps HTC will hold your account in suspension for a month or two, while you work on updating your computer. Keep in mind, this is only MY suggestion...HTC's policy may dictate otherwise. Best of luck.
