Just got an e-mail from mietla's raf303 addy saying "here's your graphic." Inside it was a DOS program attachment instead of a graphic, probably a virus. Figured you guys better know so you don't go getting infected.

Most likely the sender address was spoofed and the real one with infected computer is john doe from somewhere.
Sending e-mail under someone elses address couldn't be easier.

raf303 site has been shut down 3-4 months ago (including all the email accounts). The domain name was registered to fd-ski, but the squad switched to northoltwing.com so the domain has been left to expire. Not sure whether it did expire already or not.
In short... mietla@raf303.org is a bogus and inactive address.

Just checked the domain. It still belongs to fd.
Flakbait,
sorry for "infecting" you (fishu is right) and thanks for heads up.

I kinda figured it was either some spammer out there using your addy or your system caught a bug. Either way, with all the folks who exchange e-mails around here, I thought it best to raise the red flag to be safe. And no, my system wasn't infected by anything; Eudora at times is a godsend! LOL
