Title: Hangar bug

Hangar keep changing the selected options, but only visually. For example, I select 100% fuel and a DT and some seconds later it resets visually to 25% without DT, but the effective selection is that done by the player.

I have had this happen also.  Select 500LB bombs and it puts it on the aircraft, the the loading dolly will switch back to None.  However the ordenace still hangs on the wings.
