Some how I lost it on my computer(deleted it?) How can I get it back?

You probably deleted the shortcut to it. :eek:

You can either use the find file way (notepad.exe) and then create a shortcut to it, or, its in your windows directory, right click, hold and drag to where you want shortcut then  choose copy here.

It happend to me once about a month ago on my newest machine.

I have no idea why it just got deleted.

I ended up reformating anyways so it didn't make much difference for me.
