Title: sent 2 skin, no reply

I recently sent 2 skins in to HT and didn't get the normal " hi we got your skin etc....." I have sent 4 skins total and have received the "we got" email once. Is their reply hit or miss or can I assu me that the skins didn't get to them?

They're probably sitting in a folder waiting to be dealt with.
I'm sure those guys are busy, or at least taking a 3-day vacation after AH2 came out :)
