Saburo, I figured you'd like this.

This guy created a 6 Gigapixal image from stitching 194 other images together.

pretty cool stuff.

Wait until he tries that with RAW instead of JPEG ;)
I've tried increasing some of my aircraft images to 40" x 60", 300dpi. Went to about 1.23 - 1.73 Gigapixel each IIRC.
