not sure if all these are "bugs" but here goes:
CV radar damaged you can see the flames from almost a sector away. dont know if this is just friendly, but i see it. kinda realistis to see flames/smoke from a distance farther then the real CV maybe, but it might let people with really good graphic cards have an advantage finding CV's and sinking them:

in the hangar on a CV you can not choose all options. on an airfield it is all good:

my whoel squad is having this problem. blank clipboard / plane textures. relogging clears it up,. tonight is the first time i have had this happen ever (not even in the beta versions). it happened right after i was in a pilot wound blackout, and got shot down while still in full blackout.

notice your used video mem. its at 102 and 104 in last pic. Many people have been complaining about this happening followed by a CTD.

it's always like that.
i have anti ailiasing set to 2x on my card. if i turn that off it goes to about 70 used.
those last 2 shots were taken about a hour between (of flying the whole time almost)
after reading the other posts i can say im not having any of those troubles generally. this is the first time i have had the texture thing go funny, but 1/2 my squadmates have had it. they are using ati cards.
i am running a GeForce 4 Ti4800, 56.?? (i forgot but it is the latest) drivers, 1024x768. 512 texture size, unlimited fps, detail sliders both abotu 2/3 towards performance, 1 texture to load per frame, transitions, mipmapping, so on all checked.
desktop is also 1024x768.
i have yet to see this "missing shape" message, and have only CTD once in 2.00. haven't yet in 2.02
