Title: Question for Pyro
Post by: dsrtrat on June 22, 2004, 06:10:10 PM: Pyro, would a Hurri IIC Desert skin be acceptable even though the model lacks the vokes filter (such as the one o n the IID)?

I want to do one of the HurriIICs from 213 squad. that my uncle received his 1st DFC in.

Ratty, you have to do your uncles plane, you must! :) Which other of his planes are you doing?

They use Multigen to make the aircraft models. Don't think there is a public version though.

Post by: dsrtrat on June 24, 2004, 09:51:13 AM: Nexx, I was going to do his hurrIIc AK-W serial HL887, but he did fly the plane that kev has skinned. INfact he crashed that very plane on the Edku airfield hehe (guess the family is good at crashing or landing buggered planes).

However, the exhaust weathering looks a bit off; it often curved down the side of the plane, like in the images below. DsrtRat might have better pictures?
